#Essay 5*
Do copyright laws limit creativity or reward it? Would society function better without such rules and regulations?
Would it be okay to steal someone's things and call it there's, would a society function well if it promotes robbery. I believe copyright laws only help creativity grow and this essay will contain reasons why I think that and why that would help maintain a better community.
Copyright laws were made to avoid the scandal, to literally copy someone else's work and name it as their own. The act is clear robbery and is outrageous to the person who did all the work. When put to thought, one could agree that the person who worked for their project should earn the credit and not the one who took the photostat of the original file.
Avoiding repetition and maintaining uniqueness.
Laws of such tells people to not make or Create works which were already been created. Forcing them into the idea of making something new. Say if a kid looks at his peers papers during an exam to pass, what help does it do to one who is looking even if he gets through with his exam, writing the exam on their own helps them expand their own thoughts and give out ideas of their own making it one of a kind.
To sum up, I believe copyright laws help promote people to think on their own and not to depend on a work that already exists, helping in the rise of new thoughts and ideas.
