Disenchanted Greed
There's a pit in my chest I told her
Said I Wish if I could lay her head there
And play with her hair as she falls asleep
Filling the once dug pit in my heart with love and
Caressing…
Told her I would feel enchanted, spirited with all that laughter, the sounds of her giggling has made me greedy.
Cause now, now i wanna listen to more of it
But my mind tells me not to try
Cause I can't make her if I try.

ReplyDeleteInstead of a pit, it should be a bed, my dear.
